That said, I didn’t find this to be a major issue; the benefits outweighed the minor inconvenience.

In online reviews, users consistently praise it for its effectiveness, though some note it can be drying. I personally love that it has such a rich cultural heritage and that it’s still passed down as a recommendation from generation to generation.

In the US, a single bar usually costs between $1.50 to $3.00, depending on where you buy it. Given how long it lasts and how effective it is, that price feels more than fair. I got a multipack online, which brought the cost per bar down even further. Compared to many “natural” or Ayurvedic soaps available in the US, Chandrika is quite budget-friendly without sacrificing quality. It’s a product that delivers solid value for its price. I also liked that it had a long shelf life, making it easy to stock up during sales.
